ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) Entry into the Giveaway per person during the Giveaway Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The All Kinds of ThanksWinning Giveaway (referred hereafter as “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – starting at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 1, 2019 and ending at 11:59 pm ET on November 18, 2019.

PRIZES – 5,500 Daily Prizes: Each Daily Prize winner will receive a $20 reward card, which may be used toward the purchase of a frozen Butterball turkey or otherwise in the winner’s discretion. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each reward card: $20. A total of 5,500 Daily Prizes will be available to be awarded in this Giveaway (with 500 Daily Prizes available for each of the 11 drawings for such prizes).
One (1) Grand Prize: Unless the winner elects a cash prize as described below, the Grand Prize winner will receive the following Grand Prize home theater makeover prize package: one (1) new TV set including, one (1) Samsung® 82″ LED Smart 4K UHD TV (2019), one (1) Microsoft® Xbox One X 1TB Console, one (1) Flat Wall Mount Kit, one (1) 2.4GHz Wireless Backlit Keyboard w/Touchpad, and one (1) SurgePro 6-Outlet Surge Adapter; one (1) Sonos® 5.1 Home Theater System; and home entertaining extras including, one (1) theater seating for three [3] people; one (1) home bar counter with seating for 3 people; one (1) mini-fridge for beverages; one (1) counter top ice maker; one (1) popcorn machine and a one-year Netflix® subscription. Prize package includes front door delivery. Grand Prize ARV: up to $15,000 (exact amount may be less depending on shipping to winner location). To claim the Netflix subscription, the winner must enter a service agreement with Netflix, which requires meeting Netflix eligibility requirements for its customers. If winner is an existing subscriber of Netflix, an additional 12-month subscription will be extended to winner’s account. Winner will need to contact Netflix to terminate the subscription service before the one-year service period ends if winner does not desire to auto renew the service. Winner is responsible for all expenses after the one-year service period ends. Use of Netflix is subject to Netflix’s terms and conditions available at Netflix.com. Winner will need to contact Spotify to terminate the subscription service before the service period ends if winner does not desire to auto renew the service. Grand Prize, First Prize and Second Prize Winners can elect to receive cash in the amount of the maximum stated ARV of their prize in lieu of the prize items as described above.
