ELIGIBILITY – “HORMEL® Game Day Sweepstakes”(the “Promotion”) is only open to those who, as of the start date, are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia, and who have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Promotion entry period begins at 3:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) on 10/15/19 and ends at 11:59 pm CT on 11/15/19.

PRIZES – One Grand Prize Winner will be awarded in this Promotion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of a prize is $1,000 dollars. A “prize” consists of and is limited only to $1,000 in the form of a check.

WINNER’S LIST – To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope to “HORMEL® Game Day Sweepstakes” — “Winner List Request,” c/o Zooka Creative 2445 Augustine Drive Suites 150 & 201, Santa Clara, CA 95054. Requests must be received by 11/30/19.
