ENTRY LIMIT – One (1) Entry per Entrant throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period who have access to the Internet, and who have or open an Internet e-mail account.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 12:00 A.M. Scottsdale, Arizona time and ends Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM Scottsdale, Arizona time.

PRIZES – Ten (10) Entrants (each a “Prize Winner” and collectively “Prize Winners”) chosen at random, will each be awarded one (1) prize packet (each a “Prize” and collectively “Prizes”), which shall consist of:
one (1) Nintendo Switch system (with an ARV of Two Hundred Ninety Nine and 99/100 Dollars ($299.99);
one (1) Super Mario Maker 2 video game (with an ARV of Fifty Nine and 99/100 Dollars ($59.99);
one (1) Yoshi’s Craft World video game (with an ARV of Fifty Nine and 99/100 Dollars ($59.99); and
one (1) Mario Kart 8 Deluxe video game (with an ARV of Fifty Nine and 99/100 Dollars ($59.99).
B. Total ARV: The total ARV of one (1) Prize is Four Hundred Seventy Nine and 96/100 Dollars ($479.96). The total ARV of the ten (10) Prizes is Four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Nine and 60/100 Dollars ($4,799.60). Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual retail value will not be awarded and any difference will not be refunded.

WINNER’S LIST – After November 1, 2019, for a Winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (void where prohibited) for receipt, no later than February 17, 2020 to: Cold Stone Creamery® Game System Sweepstakes Winners List Request, c/o Kahala Management, 9311 E Via De Ventura, Scottsdale, Arizona 85258. Winners List will contain first name, last initial and state of winners.
