ENTRY LIMIT – Using Gleam, participants may earn additional entries [with a maximum of eighteen (18) entries, inclusive of the submission of the entry form]

ELIGIBILITY – This Sweepstakes is open only to those who are legal residents of, and located within, the fifty (50) United States at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The ‘Tis the Summer to be Merry with Balsam Hill & Gaylord Hotels (“Sweepstakes”) entry submission begins at 6:00 p.m. PST on July 15, 2019 and ends 11:59 p.m. PST on July 25, 2019.

PRIZES – one (1) grand prize winner, the Sponsor will award one trip for family of 4 max 2 Adults and 2 kids  to any Gaylord Hotels Resort of their choice. The trip package includes:

a. Round trip, coach class air transportation for four (4) people from a major airport (limited to the 48 contiguous states) near the winner’s home (determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to designated city associated with the selected resort location unless the nearest major airport to winner’s residence is within two hundred (200) miles of Nashville, for which ground transportation for family of 4  people will be provided (total approximate retail value of USD800.00);
b. One (1) 7.5’ Balsam Hill Red Spruce Slim Artificial Christmas Tree (approximate retail value of USD399.00);
c. One (1) Balsam Hill Silver and Gold Ornament Set (approximate retail value of USD219.00);
d. One (1) Balsam Hill 48” Ivory Berkshire Tree Skirt (approximate retail value of USD49.00);
e. Two (2) nights’ shared accommodation for family of 4 – Max 2 Adults and 2 kids  at selected Gaylord Resort  (total approximate retail value of USD716.00).
f. Four (4) tickets to ICE attraction at Gaylord Hotel during holiday visit (total approximate retail value of $136.00);
g. Breakfast for two (2) Adults and two Kids  at selected Gaylord Hotels Resort during stay – Max of $100
Winner must travel on the dates determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion or the prize will be forfeited. Travel must be round trip. Winner is allowed to pick arrival between the following arrival and departure dates and they will not be eligible for other/alternate dates:

·        Gaylord National (Nov. 15, 2019 – Dec. 30, 2019)
·        Gaylord Opryland (Nov. 8, 2019 – Jan. 1, 2020)
·        Gaylord Palms (Nov. 25, 2019 – Jan. 5, 2020)
·        Gaylord Rockies (Nov. 22, 2019 – Jan. 5, 2020)
·        Gaylord Texan (Nov. 15, 2019 – Jan. 5, 2020)

Total approximate retail value of the prizes collectively is USD2400.00.
