SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – ION Television’s “A Festive Home for the Holidays Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on November 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 18, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – The Prize Winner will receive one (1) Balsam Hill Holiday Prize Package including decorating essentials: stunning ornaments, a delightful tree topper and a tree skirt!. Prize provided to Sponsor by Prize Provider (as defined below). Exact prize awarded will be determined by Sponsor and Prize Provider, whose decisions and final determination of prize awarded will be final. Prize Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer Prize (or any portion thereof) or redeem Prize (or any portion thereof) for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. The Prize Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. The Prize Winner may be issued certain tax forms for the retail value of the prize won. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $500.00.
