ENTRY LIMIT – potential maximum limit for Sweepstakes 1 of one (1) Entry, ten (10) Game Entry(ies) and one (1) Twitter Entry per day over the course of the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY – Promotion is open only to persons, who are, as of date of entry, 21 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 48 contiguous United States or D.C. Finalists must be the owner or renter of a single family residence that is located within fifty (50) miles of a major airport. Entrants may not have been convicted of a felony.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – This Promotion consists of a two-phase sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes 1” and “Sweepstakes 2”) and a contest (“Contest”). The Sweepstakes 1 begins at 9:00:00 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 9/4/18 and ends at 8:59:59 P.M. PT on 9/21/18, and the Sweepstakes 2 begins at 9:00:00 P.M. PT on 9/21/18 and ends at 8:59:59 A.M. PT on 10/15/18, (“Sweepstakes Entry Period 1” and “Sweepstakes Entry Period 2”, respectively). Within the Sweepstakes Entry Period 2, there will be three (3) entry periods whereby each will start on a Saturday (except the first week will start on a Friday) at 9:00:00 A.M. PT and end on a Friday (except the last week will end on a Monday) at 8:59:59 P.M. PT

PRIZES – GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: Installation of Balsam Hill holiday-related décor on both the exterior and interior of the Grand Prize Winner’s home. Specific locations as described below where décor will be installed will be determined upon selection of Grand Prize Winner and will be based on the interior and exterior set-up of the Grand Prize Winner’s home. Locations decorated could include any one or more of the following:

Exterior: Front Porch, Front Trim, Front Yard – shrubbery and trees, Front gate/fence if it exist, Possibly the chimney if one exists

Interior: Great Room/Living Room/Family Room/Den, Entryway or Foyer, Staircase if it exists

Decorations could include, but are not limited to: Artificial trees, wreaths, ribbons & garland, ornaments, stockings, candles, lighting elements, artificial snow, or any other holiday themed décor, the specifics of which shall be determined solely by the Prize Provider and are subject to availability.

Grand Prize also consists of: [a] hotel accommodations (up to two [2] standard rooms/quad occupancy, including room tax, subject to certain room availability), for two (2) consecutive nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion while home is being decorated; and [b] one (1) Visa® Gift Card with a value of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) for Grand Winner that can be used for select meals. ARV of the Grand Prize (including the decorations): $6,000.
SWEEPSTAKES 2 PRIZES/ARV’S: Fifteen (15) Weekly Prizes (five (5) prizes each week for three (3) weeks): Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive one (1) “7-inch Balsam Hill Miracle Flame Pillar Candle”, ARV: $59 each, and one (1) Visa® Gift Card or a check with a value of Five Hundred Dollars ($500). ARV total: $8,385.00.
