ENTRY LIMIT – You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The T.J. Maxx and This Is Us Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on August 6, 2018 at 10:00 AM PT and end on September 6, 2018 at 10:00 AM PT.

PRIZES – Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize Winner, consisting of a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the This is Us premiere party (“Trip”) scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, CA on September 25, 2018 at a time and location determined by Sponsor (“Event”)

Trip will include: round trip, economy class air transportation for Winner and up to one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Los Angeles area hotel (“Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from Event and Hotel; admission to the Event for Winner and Guest. ERV of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500)

Secondary Prizes: There will be twenty (20) secondary prizes (“Secondary Prizes”, each a “Secondary Prize”) awarded to the Secondary Prize Winners, each consisting of a fifty dollar ($50) T.J. Maxx Gift Card.

WINNER’S LIST – For the name of the Winner, available after September 25, 2018, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by November 25, 2018 to: T.J.
