ELIGIBILITY – Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/11/18 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/15/18.

Sponsor reserves the right to award any of the Grand Prize options listed in the form of a bank-issued, pre-loaded gift card in the amount equivalent to the ARV listed for the prize or a check to the winner. Grand Prize options selected by winner must not exceed $15,000. If Grand Prize options selected by Grand Prize winner are less than $15,000, then the balance will be awarded in the form of a bank-issued, pre-loaded gift card or check – at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Eighteen (18) Weekly Prizes – Each Weekly prize winner will receive $500 in Fruits and Vegetables (to be awarded in the form of a $500 Bank-issued, pre-loaded gift card).

Total ARV of all prizes $24,000. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
