ENTRY LIMIT – Regardless of how many Codes are obtained by an
Entrant or the method used to acquire the Codes, there is a limit of three (3) Code entries per Entrant per day during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – This Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Promotion begins on September 1, 2017 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

PRIZES – Prizes (500): Each winner will receive a Nintendo prize pack that includes a Nintendo Switch™ system plus a Super Mario Odyssey game (each a “Prize”). There will be no more than five hundred (500) Prizes available in the Promotion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $359.98.
