ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) Entry per person using only one (1) e-mail address per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Entenmann’s® 120th Birthday Celebration Sweepstakes starts on January 8, 2018 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 30, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – FIRST GRAND PRIZE (1): A trip for winner and up to three (3) guests (one (1) adult guest and two (2) minor guests who must be twelve (12) years of age or younger) to New York, NY from November 20-24, 2018. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to New York, NY, four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel accommodations in New York, NY (one room, quad occupancy), and four (4) VIP passes to the 2018 Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of New York, NY, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of First Grand Prize: $6,000.
SECOND GRAND PRIZE (1): A Harlem Globetrotters party for winner which includes a two (2) hour event with player performances, Globie (mascot) appearance, and food and beverages for winner and up to twenty four (24) guests at the winners home. ARV of Second Grand Prize: $16,000.
FIRST PRIZES (120): Each winner will receive Entenmann’s product for a year, awarded in the form of a $364 gift card. ARV of each First Prize: $364.
SECOND PRIZES (3,000): Each winner will receive one (1) coupon redeemable for an Entenmann’s product up to $7.00 in value. ARV of each First Prize: $7.
