ENTRY LIMIT – Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day, during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 1, 2017 until 5:00 p.m. ET on October 9, 2017.

PRIZES – Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Nashville, Tennessee consisting of the following: (i) round-trip coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to and from Nashville from the major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence within the 48 contiguous U.S.; (ii) five (5) days/four (4) nights first class hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room rate and tax only) (details to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (iii) one (1) $100 Red Lobster Gift Card; (iv) 2.5 hour Taste of Nashville walking tour; (v) $300 spending money; (vi) airport transfers; and (vii) all taxes related to accommodations and airfare. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $5,000.
