ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

ELIGIBILITY – The Holiday Getaway Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions).

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 09/04/17 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 09/29/17.

PRIZES – GRAND PRIZE (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Munich, Germany. Trip consists of round-trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. international airport nearest winner’s residence to Munich, Germany, five (5) days and four (4) nights hotel accommodations, ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, a local Munich city tour (subject to availability) for winner and guest (exact tour and date and time of tour to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), a dinner for winner and guest (awarded in the form of a $400 check), a Bahlsen gift basket (exact contents of gift basket to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), and a $1,000 World Market Gift Card for winner only. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package: $7,620.00. Actual value may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Exact location of hotel to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Travel must be completed between 12/1/17 and 12/31/17 on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide access to the local Munich city tour, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute tour with a comparable trip or tour and remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Winner and guest must comply with all rules and regulations while on tour. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. In the event winner elects to rent a car while on trip, such car rental will be subject to winner and/or guest holding a valid driver’s license and qualifying as an eligible driver under applicable car rental company policy and other rental car company terms and conditions. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all travel documents, including passports and/or visas, as applicable. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless a child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel is subject to availability and confirmation at time of booking.
