ENTRY LIMIT – Limit: Each entrant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Havaianas Summer Vacation Sweepstakes is open only to legal
residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Promotion begins on June 4, 2017 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 3, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – Sweepstakes Prize:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A vacation package for four (4) to Walt Disney World
Resort near Orlando, FL. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,300. The ARV of
travel may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and
destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual value and ARV.
Vacation package consists of round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) between a major airport near winners home and Orlando International Airport. three (3) nights accommodations at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel selected by Sponsor (one room, quadruple occupancy); roundtrip ground transportation to and
from airport and hotel via Disney’s Magical Express Transportation; sixteen (16) 1-day/1-park admission tickets; Winner must complete the vacation by March 23, 2018 or the prize will be forfeited.
