ENTRY LIMIT – Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day, during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2017 until 5:00 p.m. ET on June 12, 2017.

PRIZES – The Grand Prize Winner will win the following (the “Grand Prize”): (i) $25,000 cash (presented in the form of a check); (ii) four (4) year-long attraction passes to Gatlinburg, Tennessee (details to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); and (iii) a three (3) night stay for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests in the Rocky Top Suite (subject to availability) at the Historic Gatlinburg Inn in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $28,500.
