ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, plus the District of Columbia., age 21 or older at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Online Entries must be received between Monday, February 6, 2017 at 12:00:01 AM ET and Sunday, March 5, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

PRIZES – Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won. The Grand Prize is a trip package for two (2) people (winner and one (1) guest) to Scottsdale, AZ. The Grand Prize trip package includes:

Round-trip, coach-class air-transportation for the winner and one (1) guest to Scottsdale, AZ from a major airport within the 48 contiguous US nearest the winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor;
Three (3) days / two (2) nights hotel accommodations at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa based in a single room, double occupancy;
One (1) $4,700 check that can be used to purchase two (2) tickets to the big game in Phoenix, AZ on Monday, April 3, 2017;
One (1) $300 pre-paid card that may be used to help offset any transportation costs; and
One (1) $600 pre-paid card that may be used to help offset any food costs.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is: $10,853.48.
