How do I enter if I am on a different device? It is telling me I already entered but I can’t enter via my previously entered email. I haven’t entered in 24 hours so that is not the issue.

I’m not sure, Deborah. Did you click Log out and sign in again (at the top of the page) or try to register again? I haven’t had any problems unless I was trying to enter too soon according to their clock. Try logging out and back in or wait a little longer to see if their clock resets. If all else fails, you could try entering by text. Send a text message from your mobile device to the designated short code (77000) with the designated key word (LIGHT) in the body of the message.
